Clear Visions Business Hub — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026 · Policy version 2026-10-09

1. Scope and contact

Clear Visions Global Corp operates Clear Visions Business Hub, a client portal for business bookkeeping, expense tracking, receipt management, and financial reports. This policy covers the Business Hub. It does not replace separate policies for other Clear Visions services or unrelated applications.

For privacy questions or requests, contact clearvisionsconsult@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you enter or upload, including your name, email, business profile (business name and, if you provide them, legal name, industry and address), income and expense entries, categories, receipts, supporting documents, and communications. Receipts and documents may contain personal or financial information about you or others. Upload only information you are authorized to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Our hosting and authentication services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser information, timestamps, authentication activity, and diagnostic records needed to operate and secure the service. Session technologies are used to maintain sign-in.

3. Optional bank linking through Plaid

Bank linking will be optional and available only after Production access and the integration are enabled. You can continue to use manual entries and receipt uploads without linking a bank.

If you choose to connect an account, Plaid facilitates the connection and sharing you authorize. Depending on the selected accounts and permissions, the Business Hub may receive account identifiers, institution and account names, account types and masked account numbers, balances, and transaction details such as dates, amounts, descriptions, merchants, and categories. We currently store the institution name, account identifiers, names, types, masked numbers and currency, and transaction dates, amounts, descriptions, merchant names and pending status. Balances and Plaid’s categories may be included in Plaid’s responses but are not stored by the current Business Hub. We also store connection identifiers and encrypted access tokens needed to maintain the connection. Clear Visions does not receive your bank login password from Plaid.

Plaid processes information under its own End User Privacy Policy: https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy. Review the information displayed in Plaid Link before authorizing access. Bank linking for bookkeeping does not authorize Clear Visions to initiate payments or transfers.

4. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, manage invitations and business access, organize bookkeeping records, import and categorize authorized transactions, create reports, provide requested support, maintain the service, and investigate misuse or security issues. Imported transactions should be reviewed for accuracy before use in bookkeeping or tax reporting.

5. Access and sharing

Information is accessible to authorized users of the relevant business and authorized Clear Visions administrators providing the service. Access depends on assigned permissions.

We use service providers for hosting, database/storage, authentication, and communications. The current application uses Lovable and Supabase infrastructure, sends invitation emails through Resend, and the planned bank connection uses Plaid. Providers process information as needed to supply their services under applicable terms. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or address security incidents. We do not sell client financial records or use them for targeted advertising.

6. Security

The managed hosting and database services provide encryption in transit and at rest. The bank-linking implementation adds encryption for stored access tokens. Application permissions restrict access by role and business. No system can guarantee complete security. The current Business Hub sign-in uses email and password; application MFA has not yet been implemented. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. Retention depends on the record and purpose; this policy does not promise a fixed universal deletion deadline. Requests to close an account or delete information will be reviewed, with identity and authority verification where necessary. Records subject to lawful retention requirements may be retained. Copies in backups may remain until the applicable backup lifecycle removes them.

Disconnecting a bank stops future access through that connection but does not automatically erase previously imported bookkeeping entries or copies retained by Plaid. Contact us to request deletion of information held by Clear Visions. Plaid offers separate connection and data controls at https://my.plaid.com/.

8. Your choices and requests

You may decline optional bank linking, request disconnection, correct available entries through the portal, and contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may verify your identity and business authority before acting. A request concerning Plaid-held information must also be directed to Plaid where appropriate.

9. Children and external services

The Business Hub is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 18. External services and linked sites have their own privacy practices.

10. Changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice when appropriate for material changes.
